Gulf Beach 105 is one of 14 all-Gulf Front condos located near the East End of Sanibel Island. A very popular location, this beautifully updated, first-living level unit (one floor up accessible by stairs or elevator) comfortably accommodates up to six people with a king in the master, queen and twin in the guest room and sleeper sofa in the living room. Gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, maple cabinets, stainless steel appliances and a well stocked wine rack. Updated baths with a walk-in master shower, 18” tile floors throughout, 3 flat screen HDTV’s, multiple Blu-ray players, high speed Wi-Fi, free long-distance calling throughout the U.S. and Canada, beach towels and breath-taking Gulf-front views from your lanai make this unit every renters dream. The owner’s storage locker on the ground floor contains beach equipment including beach chairs & umbrellas, boogie boards, coolers, fishing gear, children's life vests, lots of pool and beach toys. Also provided are 2 bicycles (with helmets), perfect to explore Sanibel’s 25 miles of bike trails. For those with small children, the unit is stocked with plenty of children’s DVD’s, games, puzzles and a Sony Play-Station with games. Gulf Beach complex amenities include: covered parking, a community heated pool, elevator and gas grills. This is a smoke-free complex.

We managed to get in two days and three nights before Hurricane Ian chased us away. The condo was very comfortable. The king bed was firm. Furniture was perfect for putting my feet on the Hubs and napping! We hope to return to this unit when Sanibel is up and running. Prayers for everyone and their families. The gals at Sanibel Holiday were very helpful.

Our vacation was very relaxing and laid back. We were close to the beach just a short walk. The pool was not crowded. Neither was the beach. There was beautiful sunrises and shells in abundance. Being at the south end of the island it is very easy to get to periwinkle the main drag.

Excellent stay. Unit 105 had everything we could want.

We love the location of Gulf Beach. We love that there are limited units the pool often feels private. The grounds are well kept. The owners of unit 105 have gone an extra step to make their guests feel at home. There are little touches like night lights in the bathrooms, beach towels, coffee cups for our use, comfortable beds, and more. Very well equipped kitchen. Pretty furnishings. One small criticism: unit 105 seems small and crowded because of the plastic trees everywhere. Elevator needs better maintenance.

Sanibel is one of our favorite places to vacation. This property met our expectations in every way. It was in a great, quiet location and many days we had the beach basically to ourselves, so beautiful. The rental was clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed for a memorable experience. We hope to come back for future vacations.

This was the fourth time over the years that I stayed in Gulf Beach 105. This unit is everything that is described in the pictures and more. Neat and clean, great kitchen and lanai and the beach, aahhh! The owner added a ceiling fan to the lanai as well as new sliding glass doors, as well as changing the second bed room from two twins to one twin and one queen size. We did not need the second bedroom since my wife and I travelled alone this trip. But the unit, beach and everything about Sanibel is well worth the price. We'll be back again.

This is our 2nd time to stay at this condo & won’t be our last. It’s clean, easily accessible from the businesses, but yet far enough away from the busy tourists. We truly LOVE it. It provides all of the necessities of Home & then some. They have plenty of beach toys so you don’t have to pack those. We love the proximity of the beach & because there are only 14 units there’s not a lot of noise. The private beach is relaxing & great for walking or shelling. It meets our family requirements.

The rental process was extremely easy. Property management immediately addressed our concerns. Condo was in great condition maybe getting a little dated. We love Gulf Beach also! A small property with only 14 units all of which are Gulf-front facing. Nearly all units provide access to ground level storage lockers stocked with everything a family could need for the perfect beach getaway! The owners of #105 spend lots of time enjoying the unit and clearly love to cook so the kitchen is well stocked. What a great property and unit to experience your first Sanibel visit tells me we'll be seeing you again very soon!

We love Gulf Beach and GB105 did not disappoint!!! This unit is a great escapes to the beach! Our family had a fabulous week and had everything we needed to make our week easy, comfortable & enjoyable! The extras at GB105 included bikes, beach umbrellas & chairs we used daily. The condo is spacious and has a beautiful kitchen and updated bathrooms. Gulf Beach is the perfect location on Sanibel for us, we walked to the lighthouse daily and saw dolphins each morning.

When we arrived at a gulf Beach 105, the screen door was ripped, the dryer was broken, and every chair on the balcony had a rip/tear in it. The management company was very responsive each time we called them, but the unit lacks an owner who is committed to general upkeep. The pots and pans are awful, the knives are dull, there is no foil, salt or pepper in the unit.

The view is terrific and the pool is lovely, but Unit 105 needs some attention from the owners.

First before I write about some of the issues we had I want to say Tatums,Pats,customer service was top notch. Sanibels Holiday compensation for the issues we had was fair. The issues we had were with the TV reception in the master/spare bedrooms as well as the clothes dryer not working. We like the smaller complex which was never to crowded. The units location was great. The pool was great. The beach and its access were great. Spare bathroom was on the small size. The units master closet was cramped. The front screen on the door was ripped as well as some slings on the outside lanai furniture which we reported. All in all we made do with these issues and made the most of our stay. Thanks again to Sanibel Holidays attention to customer service (Tatum/Pat).

We enjoyed our stay very much. The unit is well decorated and has comfortable furniture. The wine library is a nice touch even though we didn't utilize it.

The bikes and beach equipment are great. Lots of little things that one needs occasionally, but doesn't expect to find like flashlights and screwdriver, etc are in the unit. Minor, but MIA are little things like sugar and salt and pepper which are usually present.

Gulf Beach 105 is a fantastic property. We have stayed here many times and will continue to return. The property is quiet, clean, well-maintained, and well-equipped. Many beach extras and bikes are provided by the wonderful owners. We always get great service from Sanibel Holiday and we recommend this property to anyone we talk to about Sanibel. The Lighthouse is a must-visit; the Island Cow, Sandbar, and Doc Ford's are great restaurants; the Captiva Cruises wildlife and sunset cruise is beautiful; and, of course, the shelling is fantastic!

The condo at Gulf Beach was a perfect vacation rental. It was so comfortable, attractive, and well equipped. The nearby shelling and restaurants were wonderful. I would highly recommend the National Shell Museum. So interesting!

We have stayed this unit 4 years and always look forward to coming back. Love the location. The unit is well maintained and is beautiful. We always have 3 families together on this vacation and love the large kitchen to cook wonderful meals from farmer's market purchases. This rental was the perfect spot. It was very quiet, peaceful & clean. Close to the beach for playing during the day & listening to the waves at night. The rental had everything we needed. The location of the condo and size fit our requirements very nicely. (quiet & peaceful) It is small only 14 units located on the beach just I mile north of the lighthouse. The unit is well equipped in all areas especially the kitchen. Also the storage unit included 2 bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas and fishing gear.
The pool is large and is heated which we enjoyed most days. We are counting the weeks until we return. Also many good and interesting restaurants to choose from.

Great experience with both the Sanibel Holiday team and the owners of GB 105. Our first two week vacation with the kids and it couldn't have been better. Fabulous! It is the nicest condo we have ever stayed in. Very clean and a million dollar view. It is well stocked with beach supplies. It's located steps from the beach with best shelling in the world! We will be back!

We had a great time on sanibel island.gulf beach condos were very nice. We stayed in gb105 very nice totally updated and lots of goodiesin the storage locker for out on the beach.

Great experience with both the Sanibel Holiday team and the owners of GB 105. Our first two week vacation with the kids and it couldn't have been better. Beautiful beach, updated unit with all the amenities, quiet complex, but close to everything Sanibel has to offer. We've already booked for next year!

This condo exceeded our expectations. Great location, beautiful interior amenities and all the extras. We had a great time riding bikes (included) to get lunch, lounging on the beach and collecting shells.

The location of the condo and size fit our requirements very nicely. (quiet & peaceful) It is small only 14 units located on the beach just I mile north of the lighthouse. The unit is well equipped in all areas especially the kitchen. Also the storage unit included 2 bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas and fishing gear.
The pool is large and is heated which we enjoyed most days. We are counting the weeks until we return. Also many good and interesting restaurants to choose from.
