The owner provides 3 flat screen TVs, DVD & CD player, secure Wi-Fi and beach equipment for your enjoyment. Tarpon Beach is centrally located on Sanibel, making It convenient to shops and restaurants. This 30-unit complex features elevators, a community heated pool, gas grills and a tennis court. Tarpon Beach is a smoke-free complex.

A bit pricey for the issues we encountered. Door knob broke, and sink disposal made the sink flood with dirty water.

The condo was not clean;the realtor needs more control over the cleaning crew. The fans are filthy and the couches were unclean. Although the realtor arranged furniture cleaning, there were no comfortable chairs available to read. The porch chairs were on wheels and were dangerous for us to use. The owner should remove beach related items from both closets, to their exterior closets, review and remove duplicate plates, glasses, kitchen items (4 vegetable peelers?). The dryer is rusted and does not dry properly. It took three cycles to dry most items. We were unable to watch DVD's as we could not find the correct remote.
The unit's configuration is wonderful and with some attention from the owner and realtor could be very comfortable.

Tarpon Bay is our favorite destination in Sanibel, but this unit needs TLC. Old, soiled carpet. Totally outdated, dirty and few pots and pans. Mo access to outdoor storage so we had to bring all the sandy items indoors. Great place but poor condo.

I had a great experience, as I have in the past. This is a lovely condo, wonderful views, everything is clean and functional. I also particularly like this part of the island, easy to get everywhere by bike. The Sanibel HOliday people are terrific. I have been renting from them for 8-9 years, have never been disappointed, and they have been incredibly helpful under exigent circumstances, such as finding me a new place within an hour or two when I had a flight home canceled by a blizzard.

The condo was nice but didnt like the middle. We are used to staying on the end. Water was dirty and not very many shells to be found in the years past. Sanibel Holiday fine a good job. No issues there at all.

The condo was comfortable and very cozy, Decorated exactly like a beach condo should be!That really IS the view, it was awesome. Unfortunately we had tropical storm Albertos rain and wind for most of our week. It is mentioned that you can see both sunset and sunrise at this location, actually we could see neither at this time of year. The beach accesses along the west coast, gulf view road, were all marked with "residents only, your car will be towed" which was very disappointing. We did get the treat of a full moon and we spent time with its breathtaking beauty on the comfortable beach walkway. We visited the best restaurants, Doc Fords, Island Cow, Pinocchios Over Easy, Gramma Dots, George and Wendys, Cips Place....all superb! At the beach I enjoyed watching the many shell seekers, such an easy pleasure, with their mesh bags and a tiny sweet tinkling sound of the found shells falling into the mesh bags

This condo has not been updated. The carpeting is worn and dirty. When you compare the other condo’s in the Tarpon Beach Complex, 111 is at the bottom of the list.
Great view but the flooring and bathrooms needs some TLC.
Staff at Sanibel Holiday are very accommodating and pleasant.

We rented a condo at Tarpon Bay. The condo was spotless and all kitchen items that we might want to use were there. The beds were comfy, the view lovely. My only wish was that it had an open balcony for picture taking. The furniture looks good but the couch and love seat were not that comfortable. They were squishy and in need of new cushions.
