The owner has equipped the unit with 3 flat screen TVs, DVD and CD player, I-pod docking station, WiFi, beach chairs and covered parking for your convenience. Guests are welcome to enjoy the community heated pool, tennis court and gas grills. It should be noted that this condo is a two-week minimum rental.
