Sand Pointe is close to all of Sanibel's shopping, dining and entertainment; making it the perfect place for your family's vacation. Overall very good. The Sanibel staff are wonderful and very helpful. I've stayed in this unit for many years but noticed some differences. The bar chairs were not clean - remnants of food. The carpet needs cleaning. The bed spreads and pillows from all beds were stuffed in the closet - so not able to use the floor area for shoes etc. The table lamp in the twin bedroom missing on/off knob.
Loved the Sandbar so close!! Will keep coming back to this unit

I was very impressed with our vacation rental experience. Everything was seamless from check to check out. Our condo was quiet with a beatiful view of the Gulf. We were very impressed and would like to try this again

It was fabulous; I have no complaints whatsoever. Everything we could have possibly needed (and more) was there. The view was fantastic, and the walk to the beach took just a couple of minutes. I would highly recommend this unit, Sand Pointe, and Sanibel Holiday to future travelers.

It was very homey and smelt like fresh bleach smell. The only issue we had were flat pillows in the spare bedroom, but that is an easy fix.

Enjoyed our stay in Sandpointe unit 225, it was just like the photos showed. The pond outside had a lot of wildlife activity, the pool was nice, great beach access and centrally located in the island. Complex only lacked a barbecue. We were very comfortable in the unit!

The beach and condo were extremely nice with pictures were right on. The pool was slightly smaller than I was thinking but there were really not many people there so it didn't matter. The furniture and beds were comfortable.

This condo was an excellent property! From Check-in with the Sanibel Holiday staff (who were very friendly and helpful) to the accommodations, our stay was wonderful. The condo was well- equipped with kitchenware and a few supplies were provided. It was clean and updated, wi-if worked well and many beach accessories were provided. This property is fantastic- not too crowded and right on the beach!

Always great. New appliances are so very nice. Only two requests for next year: many more hangers, around 12 in each closet; a coffee table in front of the couch. Otherwise, a really lovely condo.

lovely decorated condo with lots of storage. Great king mattress and lovely twin bds (which we did not use)
Plenty of cookware and dishes. Many plastic leg glasses which I object to. Only glass for me. we buy solo cups for outside.
Real drawback is that there is a wall beside lania and unit is set back from other building obstructing some of the view to left. Still can see direct to ocean.

We had a great time! The condo was not completely cleaned. Candy wrappers and papers under the twin beds. The keys were very hard to work in the doors. My husband purchased some WD40 to help with that. He put in a light in the hallway to the right of the elevator because it was out and was too dark at night. The owners vacuum was not working correctly and he fixed it.

Really good experience. Condo was clean and well stocked with extra linens. We did need more garbage bags. Also had some maintenance problems which were quickly taken care of - towel bar broken, bedroom window stuck shut and shower head needed to be replaced.
I recommend that a better quality TP be provided especially since the cost goes
up every year. Also, the living room TV needs repair or replacement.
Overall, we were very pleased. The management was especially helpful and nice to deal with.
