Beautifully appointed island rental in the small Gulf-side community of Breakers West. This unit is completely remodeled to reflect a serene island vibe. Each of the 2 bedrooms boost a king size bed making this unit perfect for two couples. The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests. Enjoy all the amenities this unit has to offers such as secure high-speed internet, smart TV’s and a well appointed kitchen with brand new appliances. Beach chairs and umbrella provided. Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail on the private screened lanai with views of the pool and tropical landscape. This is a ground level unit with a short stroll to the heated pool and the beach. The west end sunsets will awe you every night!

great stay; comfortable, quiet, clean facility and amenities; great beach and access; would highly recommend for anyone of any age and I would absolutely stay again. would like to have had a small, hand held vac for floors and a knife sharpener and 6 steak knives; small things but would have helped.

Lovely rental with quick access to beach. Quiet and very clean. Clean and nice pool. Management company was very helpful. Beach accessories were very helpful, like cooler, chairs and umbrella. In unit laundry was so helpful.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Breakers West. Sanibel Holiday was wonderful to work with and attentive to things we needed. The beach was less than 3 minutes by foot and the condo had everything we needed for a quiet, relaxing beach vacation. We are excited to return and hihgly recommend this property. Nice 2 bedroom condo on West Gulf Drive just off of the beach. Excellent access to the beach, well located to nearby restaurants, grocery and shopping.

We loved our time at Breakers West! The Condo was perfect for our family of 4. Loved the recliners in the living room. Great short walk to the beach, beautiful screened in lanai. Loved having beach chairs and toys to use, there were even fishing poles! Will definitely be back again!

We had a lovely vacation and this condo was perfect for our family. The pool was right outside the back door and the ocean is a very short walk from the unit. The pool floats, beach chairs and umbrellas were much appreciated.
The property management company was very professional and extremely helpful.
The kitchen is very well stocked. My only feedback would be that the pillows could be upgraded and the overall decor is a little dated. Everything else is comfortable and we would definitely stay again!

It was a beautiful space , well appointed and clean. So handy and close to everything we needed.
It was not as cool as we had liked, but there were fans available in the closets that worked well keeping it comfortable!
I will definitely come back again- lovely experience!

The rental was as pictured on the site. The beach was within walking distance and beach chairs, umbrella, towels and toys were provided. We put these to good use. The rental was comfortable for four people and the condominium pool was steps away. The condo complex was quiet and safe. We could easily drive, walk or bike to restaurants, shops and bike/walking trails. All in all, we really enjoyed our vacation, the weather, wildlife and island were great. I do think the kitchen area could have been cleaner as I grabbed a pan, which was greasy on the bottom. In addition, although there was a TV in the bedroom, there were no batteries in the remote and the one in the living room would not transfer to it. Although these were not major problems, they should have been remedied. In addition, when they say parking it tight, they are correct. We had one space, but could not accommodate family visits as there was no where for them to park. Although inconveniences, they did not affect our stay or relaxation.

Overall a very nice place. We enjoyed our stay. The shortcomings of this rental were kitchen not well equipped for cooking - pans for cooking were in need of replacement. Not enough pillows or blankets in this unit for the beds - and pillows were in poor condition - flat. In need of replacement.

Very nice place that had everything you would need. It was a short walk to the beach and a very short walk to the pool. We would definitely stay there again. It was a little tricky to find in the dark!

Check in was easy and the location was nice and quiet beach access was easy. there were many trails on the island to explore. Local grocery store was a little expensive. lots of restaurants to chose from close by. Pool was nice to have right at your back door. Will visit again in the future if going to a beach in Florida.

The property mgt office and the rental property were a little difficult to find at night, instructions should be updated as the driveway is no longer shared w/ Waterside Inn. Buildings are very close together so getting in and out and parking was a bit challenging. But overall, it was a good experience.. property well maintained and nice. Love love love Sanibel!

Unit was very clean and well appointed. Like many units of this type however it is not well insulated and so noise and even normal conversation from adjoining units can be heard. Parking is somewhat "close" if you are driving a van or large SUV.

The four of us escaped winter for six days on Sanibel. We went shelling and swimming at the beach which was an easy one-block walk from the condo. There were many wonderful restaurants just a short drive away. Doc Ford's and the Lighthouse Café were a couple of our favorites. We would end our day with a swim in the warm water pool located right out the back door of the condo. The condo, the pool, and the surrounding grounds were very well-kept. There were beach chairs and nets for shelling as well as noodles for the pool and a boogie board. The property was exactly as described on the website. We enjoyed our stay so much that we wish we could make it an annual event!

From different Midwest locations my three sisters and I met in Sanibel for a reunion. We enjoyed every moment of our stay including the cleanliness; lovely, coastal-style decorating; the 500 step walk to the beach; collecting seashells; seashell museum; wildlife refuge; great restaurants. Two restaurants we loved were The Sandbar for crab cakes (walk-able from the rental) and Cip's Place for cioppino and the daily seafood feature.
